Owner Mimi Platas—appropriately, “plate” in Spanish—has dedicated over 25 years to learning about all aspects of cooking, focusing on a fresh simple approach to food. Her love of food and industry knowledge have made her a highly in-demand chef, caterer, and manager with clients all over New York.

She has worked for 20 years with customers in the Hamptons, from families looking for a delightful break from cooking, to celebrities throwing high-end parties. Mimi is thrilled to be back in the area where she grew up, inspiring the taste buds of local residents.
