Healthy organic food is important to me, but so is taste. For the past four years, Mimi has been cooking wonderfully delicious and beautifully presented meals for me. As someone who loves to cook myself, I especially appreciate the way Mimi and I work so well together, coordinating and planning holiday menus and meals for special occasions. Mimi is a pleasure to work with and I always look forward to her food arriving, especially her delicious lentil soup. I know she will have great success with her business.

Mimi has been an amazing addition to our family functions over the years. She has cooked many wonderful Thanksgiving dinners as well as providing complete catering services for our childrens christening. Mimi also cooked for us when we celebrated the renewal of our wedding vows. She is considered a friend of the family and we look forward to the success of her store. We just hope she doesn’t get so busy that she can’t continue to cook for us!!

Thank you so much for making our wedding so special. Every step of the way you helped us feel confident and excited about the event. And what is truly amazing is that you exceeded our expectations! Your food was incredible. We (and all of our guests) are still talking about it. Our one regret is that we couldn’t eat everything that day,but thanks to your wonderful staff we were so well taken care of and definitely did not leave hungry, Not only were they lovely and professional, but our friends were sure we had runway models to staff the event!

On October 24, we hosted a group of 21 community leader for Environment Day – a program of Leadership Rockland. As part of a nine-month training program, these community leaders joined us to learn about environmental issues in Rockland County. We explored topics such as green-building, sustainability, land use, solid waste, farming, water resources and pollution.

During the course of the day, we offered a full lunch provided by your company. We just wanted to thank you … and to let your know that the participants were thrill with your delicious food! The sandwiches were very tasty and the salads and desserts were a bit hit Many of the participants asked who prepared it, so we told them about you and Mimi’s Plate … and we suspect that some of them may be calling you to cater their events. So, on behalf of the 30+ people who enjoyed your cuisine, we should like to thank you for a delicious experience!

The Commissioners, officers and members of the Orangeburg Volunteer Fire department would like to thank you for the support you provided our organization during the brush fire on Clausland Mountain this November.

At the height of our nine day operation, more than 300 volunteer firefighters from five counties and three states responded to Orangeburg and fought the stubborn flames with us until the fire was extinguished.

During this time your donation, support, and prayers did not go unnoticed. Your contributions kept us stedfast and focussed, and in no small part drove us to the success of containing and putting out this ornery fire.

We are grateful to share a community with people like you. People, who stand at the ready to help their neighbors, often perfect strangers. Orangetown is a wonderful place to live because of you and our volunteers.

Dear Mimi,
Gregg and I wanted to take a moment to tell you how magical the food was at our wedding last night and how wonderful your staff was to make it a perfect night.

Surrounded by our family and our closest friends, we had the opportunity to enjoy a perfect menu of all of my favorite flavors and combinations, and also had the opportunity to actually enjoy the evening. And the coconut lemon cake was beautiful as well as incredible! The staff was warm and wonderful, and made the evening look effortless. And they were so nice! I think they had fun too.

We just wanted to tell you how fabulous everything was. We will definitely tell everyone we know about your wonderful food.

I just want to thank you you for assisting my mother and supplying the catering for my niece’s party in New Milford about 2 weeks ago…………..the food, as always, was quite the highlight. In addition, the staff that were there were so professional and courteous. It really made quite the impression on all of those who attended.

In addition, thank you for putting something together today so quickly for our co worker Ree Hartwell in Closter. She’s already sending us notes on how delicious the food is.

I just wanted to reach out and say thank you on both occasions………when asked for catering recommendations, the first place that always comes to mind is Mimi’s in Tappan NY……..
